Refillable Blow Torch

I placed order of nameplate kit on 13th june, and in which blow torch was defective and instead of white gesso they send black . After complaining they said it will be corrected in next order. I placed my second order on 16th july’25 still got no blow torch and white gesso. In addition metal leaves was discoloured and they dont reply at all.. very poor service and they do scam with their customers and loot them.
